The bright and lively Dining Room comfortably accommodates a seated dinner for up to 100 guests or can serve as the buffet area up to 150. When used for a casual Sunday brunch the morning after, the Hotel  has accommodated over 150 guests.  The dining room has an elevated platform perfect for a band or your family table.

The Lobby with its collection of art serves as a gracious reception area and setting for the wedding cakes or entertainment. It is a spacious and extremely comfortable room with multiple seating areas.  The lobby can comfortably hold 100 and is perfect for a cocktail party or overflow for your event.

The Courtyard is an outdoor space which offers the perfect venue for outdoor weddings, receptions or rehearsal dinners. Teak furniture adorns the courtyard, along with a water fountain which is perfect for floating candles or flowers to enhance your event.  The Courtyard can accommodate 80 comfortably.

The Garden Room and Terrace offers an intimate and private location for your event and comfortably hold 45 for a seated dinner. Off the Garden Room is a terrace perfect for guest to mingle for cocktails before or after an event.

Elizabeth Fletcher, our Events Coordinator, will help you arrange all of your event needs such as flowers, decorating,  musicians, photographers and all desired rentals. She will even arrange meeting with clergy or any other detail you desire. She has all of the important contacts throughout the Black Mountain area to accommodate all of your needs and desires.  We can also arrange for numerous activities for your wedding party and guests ranging from golf on Lake Tomahawk, tours of the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville.
